JustKM is committed to protecting children and to preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content or behavior that endangers minors. This page describes our standards and how we enforce them, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on JustKM and will result in immediate removal of content, termination of the account, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, or any sexual contact directed at a minor.
• Sextortion, trafficking, or the sexualization of minors.
• Any other conduct that exploits or endangers children.

2. Minimum age

JustKM is not directed to children. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for using an online service or for providing consent to data processing, that higher age applies.

3. How to report child-safety concerns

Any user can report content or behavior that may endanger a child, directly and easily:

• In a chat: open a conversation and use the menu (⋮) in the top corner to report that user for review.
• On a shared photo: when viewing a photo another user has shared (for example through the "Show Me" feature), use the report (flag) control to report that photo. Reported photos are hidden from your view immediately.
• By email: contact us at chen.onekm@gmail.com at any time.

Reports concerning child safety are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible.

4. How we handle reports

• We review reported content and accounts and remove violating content.
• We take action on offending accounts, including suspension or permanent termination.
• Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent authorities in the relevant jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
• We preserve relevant information as required to support investigations.

5. Legal compliance

JustKM complies with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, and reports violations to the relevant regional and national authorities, including reporting apparent CSAM to NCMEC where applicable.

אפליקציית JustKM מחויבת להגנה על ילדים ולמניעת כל צורה של התעללות מינית בילדים וניצולם (CSAE) בשירות שלנו. אנחנו נוקטים מדיניות של אפס סובלנות כלפי חומרי התעללות מינית בילדים (CSAM) וכלפי כל תוכן או התנהגות שמסכנים קטינים. עמוד זה מתאר את התקנים שלנו ואת אופן האכיפה שלהם, בהתאם למדיניות תקני בטיחות הילדים של Google Play.

1. התנהגות אסורה

• כל התנהגות אחרת המנצלת או מסכנת ילדים.

2. גיל מינימלי

אפליקציית JustKM אינה מיועדת לילדים. השימוש בשירות מותר מגיל 13 ומעלה. אם החוק המקומי קובע גיל מינימלי גבוה יותר לשימוש בשירות מקוון או למתן הסכמה לעיבוד מידע, יחול הגיל הגבוה יותר.

3. איך לדווח על חשש לבטיחות ילדים

כל משתמש יכול לדווח על תוכן או התנהגות שעלולים לסכן ילד, באופן ישיר ופשוט:

• בצ'אט: פותחים שיחה ומשתמשים בתפריט (⋮) שבפינה העליונה כדי לדווח על אותו משתמש לבדיקה.
• על תמונה משותפת: בעת צפייה בתמונה שמשתמש אחר שיתף (למשל דרך התכונה "Show Me"), אפשר להשתמש בלחצן הדיווח (דגל) כדי לדווח על אותה תמונה. תמונות שדווחו מוסתרות מיד מהתצוגה שלך.
• באימייל: אפשר לפנות אלינו בכל עת בכתובת chen.onekm@gmail.com.

4. כיצד אנחנו מטפלים בדיווחים

• אנחנו בודקים תוכן וחשבונות שדווחו ומסירים תוכן מפר.
• אנחנו נוקטים פעולה נגד חשבונות פוגעניים, כולל השעיה או חסימה לצמיתות.
• כאשר נודע לנו על CSAM לכאורה, אנחנו מדווחים עליו למרכז הלאומי לילדים נעדרים ומנוצלים (NCMEC) ו/או לרשויות המוסמכות בתחום השיפוט הרלוונטי, כנדרש על פי הדין החל.
• אנחנו שומרים מידע רלוונטי ככל שנדרש לתמיכה בחקירות.

5. עמידה בדרישות החוק

אפליקציית JustKM עומדת בכל דיני בטיחות הילדים החלים בתחומי השיפוט שבהם היא פועלת, ומדווחת על הפרות לרשויות האזוריות והלאומיות הרלוונטיות, כולל דיווח על CSAM לכאורה ל-NCMEC ככל שרלוונטי.
